Where do we ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our base in England, United Kingdom.

USA Shipping

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total. You will never be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery. Every USA order is shipped with full tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For orders outside the United States, we ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. We do not collect taxes or duties at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that may be levied by their country upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure of the applicable charges.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Any free delivery promotions will be applied at checkout. Promotion codes received from our marketing channels can also be added at checkout for instant savings.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from us as your order has shipped. Sometimes, when you have ordered multiple items, your order might ship in several different packages to speed up delivery and you will be notified of the delivery details. You will receive an email every time a package has been sent to you with details about the items it contains.

I received an email, but my item did not arrive, what should I do?
